The public / private information displayed in open fields on SellSellMarket or through buyer / seller direct communication will be considered “AT WILL” information, meaning at the sole discretion of the buyer and seller. SellSellMarket will be held harmless for any public or private information placed in public or open fields on the platform / app by the buyer or seller. “Open and Public Fields” are open fields for the nature of describing or listing products and information about the products description as well as chats between buyer and seller or posted reviews.
Information regarding Location
If you already consent to the collection of location information from your computer or mobile device, we may at times collect this information when you access or use the SellSellMarket Service, or when you otherwise consent to the collection of this information through your computer or mobile device. This collection of location information is for the purpose of providing you services through the SellSellMarket platform or mobile APP. We may also use your IP address in order to approximate a geographic location for your computer or device to assist in the functionality and performance of the platform.

To submit a request to know or a request to delete please contact SellSellMarket.
